DSignature Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope of Services DSignature provides high-end concierge services for luxury getaways, including travel arrangements, accommodations, beauty and wellness treatments, and exclusive event experiences. DSignature acts solely as a facilitator and does not own, control, or operate any third-party services such as hotels, clinics, chauffeurs, or restaurants.

DSignature is not a medical provider and does not perform or guarantee any medical or aesthetic procedures. All medical treatments are carried out by independent clinics and professionals, and clients enter into agreements with them directly.

  1. Booking & Payment Policies
  • A 50% deposit is required upon signing the agreement to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining 50% is due no later than one week prior to the scheduled trip.
  • Payments are accepted exclusively via bank transfer.
  • Bookings may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
  • If the full balance is not paid one week prior to departure, the booking will be cancelled without refund.
  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • 30 days prior to the trip: 100% refund
  • 3 to 2 weeks prior to the trip: 90% refund
  • 2 weeks prior to the trip: 70% refund
  • 1 week prior to the trip: 50% refund
  1. Client Responsibilities & Eligibility
  • Clients must be at least 18 years old to book an experience.
  • If a minor is part of the group, at least one accompanying individual must be a non-participating guardian.
  • Clients must disclose their full medical history before undergoing any aesthetic treatment.
  • Clients are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, as DSignature does not provide coverage for cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.
  1. Medical & Aesthetic Treatment Terms
  • All treatments facilitated by DSignature are non-invasive and do not require general anesthesia.
  • Clients are advised to schedule a pre-consultation with the clinic for clarity on the procedure.
  • DSignature acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for medical outcomes. Clients acknowledge that all liability related to procedures rests solely with the clinic and medical professionals.
  1. Changes, Modifications & Force Majeure
  • DSignature reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or availability changes. Any modifications will be communicated as early as possible.
  • DSignature is not liable for force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, government restrictions, or airline disruptions that may affect the planned itinerary.
  • If a third-party provider (hotel, clinic, etc.) cancels or changes the booking, DSignature will facilitate alternative arrangements but does not guarantee specific replacements.
  1. Code of Conduct & Client Behavior
  • DSignature reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if a client exhibits inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or any action that jeopardizes the safety or experience of others.
  • Clients must comply with local laws and customs during their stay.
  1. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
  • DSignature maintains strict client confidentiality regarding personal data, travel plans, and medical procedures.
  • Client data will be securely stored unless the client specifically requests deletion upon completion of their experience.
  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland or the jurisdiction where DSignature is incorporated in the future.
  • Any disputes shall first be resolved through arbitration or mediation before legal proceedings are pursued.

By booking an experience with DSignature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
