By booking an experience with DSignature, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Liability Waiver
DSignature acts as a luxury concierge service and is not responsible for the outcomes of any medical or aesthetic procedures. All clients assume full responsibility for their medical decisions and treatments. DSignature shall not be held liable for any complications, side effects, or dissatisfaction resulting from any cosmetic or medical procedures undertaken during the experience. - Medical Responsibility & Consent
All clients will be required to sign a separate medical consent form directly with the clinic performing their procedures. DSignature does not provide medical advice and solely facilitates access to high-end medical services. It is the client’s responsibility to consult with medical professionals before undergoing any treatment. - Payment & Refund Policy
- 50% of the total amount is due upon signing the agreement.
- The remaining 50% must be paid no later than one week prior to the scheduled travel date.
- In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be processed as follows:
- 30 days prior to the trip: 100% refund
- 3 to 2 weeks prior to the trip: 90% refund
- 2 weeks prior to the trip: 70% refund
- 1 week prior to the trip: 50% refund
- Payment plans for aesthetic procedures will be arranged separately between the client and the clinic. DSignature is not involved in these financial agreements and holds no liability regarding payments made to third-party medical providers.
- Changes & Modifications
DSignature reserves the right to adjust experiences due to availability, unforeseen circumstances, or changes in third-party service providers. Alternative arrangements will be offered where possible, but no guarantees are provided regarding specific experiences. - Client Conduct
DSignature reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an experience if a client engages in inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or actions that may jeopardize the safety, well-being, or reputation of DSignature and its partners. - Travel & Third-Party Services
DSignature is responsible only for services that have been explicitly organized and confirmed by our team. We are not liable for any issues arising from services booked independently by the client, including but not limited to flight delays, accommodation changes, transportation not arranged by us, or external restaurant bookings. - Privacy & Confidentiality
DSignature upholds strict confidentiality regarding client information. All personal details, medical discussions, and private bookings will remain discreet and protected in accordance with our privacy policies.
